    Reversal of female sterilisation
In some cases it is possible to reverse female sterilisation. The procedure involves making an incision in the lower part of the abdomen (bikini scar), removing part of the blocked fallopian tube, and joining the ends.

The success rate of subsequently becoming pregnant depends on the condition of the fallopian tubes, presence of scar tissue, or any other condition.
